One of our specialties is acquiring and repositioning underperforming and undervalued properties in desirable neighborhoods.  Our extensive local knowledge permits us to identify inefficiencies in the real estate market and to source product with potential for growth and creative opportunities.  Our core product will generally have strong fundamentals at acquisition or shortly thereafter, thereby limiting risk from the onset of an investment.
